HIGH Low FITNESS
Things to expect in a HIGH Low Fitness Class:
A sweaty blast
Nostalgic and fun music from all decades and genres that will motivate you to the max.
Simple and easy to follow fitness choreography.
Interval training moves: jump squats, burpees, tuck jumps, etc.
Take it HIGH or take it low! Options given for all levels of fitness.
An energetic, fun, inspiring and welcoming environment.
Thursdays 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm with Jenn
Jenn is a wife and mom of 3! She loves spending time with her family and friends, and especially loves the outdoors. Jenn is passionate about fitness. She believes in people and their ability to push through and do hard things–We’re definitely stronger than we think! Jenn has had a love for all sports and exercise since she was little. She is certified in High Fitness group training and is excited to share this class with you!
