Muir Lake Hall is ideal for many different functions. Bright and modern, the hall features a commercial kitchen, stage and bar. Outdoor facilities include a patio, BBQ Shed, ball diamonds and playground.

  • Our facility is perfect for Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Reunions, Bridal and Baby Showers or Club Activities.                

  • Bright and modern, the hall features a bar, stage and recently renovated kitchen. We are wheelchair accessible and can comfortably accommodate 190 people (meal seating capacity 198).                                                                   

  • Hall dimensions – 58'x48'; 18' ceilings






  • Full kitchen (2 gas ovens, large cooler, dishwasher, ample counter space, microwave, coffee urns, cooking pots, dinnerware and cutlery);

  • Lockable bar area (Freezer, large cooler, sink);

  • 29 five-foot round, 11 eight-foot and 11 five-foot rectangular tables;

  • 200 cloth chairs;

  • Stage (podium); and

  • Outdoor covered patio with weather curtains and shed containing a large BBQ grill, outdoor washrooms.


Not provided: linens, decorations, sound system, projector, screen, dishcloths & towels

  • A large unserviced, grassy area behind east ball diamond (Not recommended during extended inclement weather).

  • Fire pits (Bring your firewood and obtain a fire permit).

$500 Damage Deposit is required for all indoor rentals.

  • $ 375 - Friday Only (4pm to 10pm)

  • $ 250 - Sunday Only

  • $ 500 - Friday OR Saturday

  • $ 800 - Friday and Saturday

  • $ 800 - Saturday and Sunday

  • $1000 - Friday, Saturday and Sunday

  • $1100 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday until 4pm (July & August only)


Weekday Rates (Monday - Thursday)

  • $ 40 - Boardroom

  • $200 - Full Day

  • $275 - Full Day with Kitchen

  • $ 75 - Kitchen only

  • $ 75 - 4 Hours

  • $150 - 4 Hours with Kitchen

$100 Damage Deposit is required for outdoor facilities.

Outdoor Facilities Rates

  • $100 - BBQ shed alone

  • $ 50 - BBQ Shed with hall rental

  • $ 50 - One ball diamond and washrooms

  • $100 - All diamonds and washrooms

  • $ 50 - Outside patio with curtain (and outdoor washrooms)

  • To book the hall, a contract must be signed by BOTH the renter and Hall Booking Coordinator and a cashable damage deposit provided by the renter.

  • Pending bookings (without a contract and/or deposit) will be given one week to secure their date if there is another interested renter.

  • Renters must be over the age of 25.

  • A valid liquor license is required to serve alcohol. Learn more about AGLC Liquor Licenses.

  • Third Party liability insurance ($2 million) must be purchased by the renter that names Muir Lake Community League and Parkland County as the ‘additional insured’ parties. Purchase PAL Liability Insurance, or call 1-800-265-8098 ext: 221, or from your insurance broker. Proof of insurance is required before entrance is allowed, even with a signed contract.

  • Proof of insurance must be provided prior to rental date.
