Tabitha Bedford, married mother of three and lives on an acreage between Onoway and the Town of Stony Plain.
She has over 200 hours of training and within moments of commencing her training, the power of Yoga became clear; As the bridge between mind, body, and the very spirit of ones sole, Yoga is a true cornerstone of total wellness.
Today, with the passions of Rekki and Yoga at her side, she is on a pursuit of wellness in a GMO free, Chemical free, lifestyle that one day she hopes will land her with her doctorate as a Natural Path.

Thursdays with Kelly
Kelly is an RYT 500 - Registered yoga alliance certified yoga teacher with over 700 hours of training. She grew up in Montreal and moved to Edmonton in 2015. She teaches a gentle style of yoga suitable for all levels. Her focus is in relaxation and improving mobility. In this weekly class we will learn to bring our awareness to our breathe and bodies as well as exploring some different styles, including flow, restorative, yin and yoga nidra. She is passionate and dedicated to the practice.
